Returns

You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, please send the items back within 14 days.

To start a return, email olamelander08@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase. We will provide return instructions.

Item Condition

You may inspect your items as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and function may result in a deduction for any loss in value.

Please package items securely and include all accessories. Use the original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights. The 14-day change-of-mind return period does not limit your rights concerning faulty goods.

Refunds

For cancelled purchases, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

If you cancel your entire order, the refund includes the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refunded.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
